| Size | Approximately 20,000 square feet. The facility will consist of Residential Programs and Services; Building Operations; Administration; Residential Services; Central Support Area and Housing. There will be sixteen (16) bed general population and six (6) high security rooms for special management use. The facility will be one story with a planned mezzanine level for an additional 16 beds. |
