Air Quality Scientist II (Permitting): Brenda Jarrell
Brenda Jarrell has been employed by the
Southern Ute Indian Tribe Air Quality Program for three years.
She is currently the Air Quality Scientist and is responsible for
tracking the current U.S. EPA Part 71 stationary sources on the
Reservation and participates in on-site inspections with U.S EPA
staff. She also assists the Air Quality Program Manager with
developing the Tribe’s Part 70 Operating and Minor Source Permitting
Program as well as other projects stated in the U.S. EPA 103 grant
funding. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in
Cellular and Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry from
Air Quality Analyst
